Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

We ship to over 60 countries. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@bull.bullet with your order number. We'll locate your package or arrange a replacement.

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to fix.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

What's Eligible

  • Jewelry: Unworn, in original condition with tags attached
  • Eyewear: Unworn, no prescription lenses fitted, in original case
  • Watches: Unworn, protective film intact, with all original packaging

What's Not Eligible

  • Items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Engraved or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are free. Initiate an exchange through your order confirmation email and ship the original item back. We'll send your new size as soon as we receive it.

If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@bull.bullet with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days

Return Shipping

Domestic returns are free — we provide a prepaid label. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no return required.

Co-created with KITH, the GEL-KAYANO® 12.1 sneaker combines iconic design details from the version that launched in 2006 and combines them with a modern tooling system.

This design's upper was inspired by European gothic armor and it's structural, metallic properties. Meanwhile, its open mesh underlays help improve airflow to keep feet cool.

The midsole features the same tooling system from the GEL-NIMBUS® 17 shoe. It was originally engineered for comfort during the duration of marathons, featuring dual GEL® technology inserts and a FLUIDRIDE™ cushioning structure.
